Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in Swindon. You'll be the first point of contact, providing 1st line IT support. Excellent communication and a genuine passion for customer service are essential. No IT experience required as full training will be given. This is a full-time, temporary position with a salary of £12.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming requests via telephone, email, and web chat.
  • Log all requests in the call management system.
  • Assign calls to relevant support teams.

  • Keep customers updated on request progress.
  • Work towards personal targets and contribute to team success.

Salary: £12.60 per hour (Living Wage Employer)

Location: Porton Down, Salisbury

Hours: FT 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 6pm

Manpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join Capgemini as a Customer Service Advisor.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st line IT support to Capgemini's clients.

A background in customer service is an advantage, but no previous IT experience is necessary - full training will be provided.

What you’ll do

  • Advise customers and support teams of known problems or workarounds
