Customer Service Executive needed for a fantastic international company based close to Stockport. This will be working in the Customer Service Hub supporting Customers. Immediate starts needed. No weekend work, Monday to Friday only!

What will you be doing?
  • Working to support customer's on key campaigns with queries and placing orders
  • Providing an excellent customer service experience over the phone, via email and via live chat
  • Supporting the wider company by taking ownership of customer queries, and following up with internal departments
  • Talking customers through the process from ordering through to payments and deliveries
What are we looking for?
  • Experience working within Customer Service
  • Confident to work on Microsoft Office programmes and internal systems
  • Able to commit until the end of the year
