We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor (Internally Known as Flexible Worker Advisor)

Location – East and North Herts

Full‑Time 37.5 Hours per Week

In this busy and exciting role, you will receive and respond to queries from our workers and support them with their shift booking. The aim of the on‑site team is to facilitate filling bank shifts while ensuring the workers’ requirements are met or exceeded. Every call our Customer Support Advisors answer, and every query we resolve, helps support healthcare professionals working in NHS trusts and hospitals across the country.

Key Responsibilities

The on‑site team is tasked with facilitating the filling of bank shifts while ensuring workers’ requirements are met or exceeded. Key to success is establishing strong working relationships with both hiring and bank staff communities, prioritising proactive tasks to pre‑empt process or service issues, with the aim of delighting our customers and being a "customer obsessed" organisation.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships and prioritise tasks.
  • Customer service experience in an environment where delighting the customer is the core focus.
  • Administration experience.
  • Ability to handle high‑volume internal and external customer enquiries and conflicting priorities.
  • Advanced written, face‑to‑face and telephone communication skills with a wide range of customers.
  • Proactive approach to relationships and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Experience in prioritising conflicting workloads.
