A local government office in Stafford is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle a range of enquiries in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with customers via telephone, email, and social media, providing exceptional service on various topics. Band DSCP 5 - 7) £25,583 - £26,403 per annum
37 hours per week, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00, Friday 08:30 to 16:30.

We deal with a range of enquiries on topics as diverse as: Refuse and Recycling, Licensing, Parking, Housing and Planning and we’re looking for people to support us in delivering a quality and professional service.

You will be part of a team answering customer enquiries across a number of channels, including telephone, face to face, e‑mail and social media.

You will have the ability to work in a fast‑paced customer service environment and be a positive self‑motivated person with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will need excellent customer service and communication skills to deal with a diverse range of customers and will have the ability to cope in a fast‑paced environment.
