  • Manage your own client base, providing exceptional service to customers from the retail and subscription B2C sectors.
  • Communicate effectively via email, phone, Slack, and face‑to‑face to address client needs.
  • Process orders, liaising with internal teams such as warehouse and e‑commerce to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with our invoicing and reporting clerk to provide essential information for client billing each month.
  • Work with prestigious retailers such as Argos, Selfridges, Tesco, Harrods, and Smyths Toy Store, ensuring compliance with their standards.
  • Support team members by covering accounts during absences, fostering a strong team spirit.
