Yorkshire Building Society is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Branch Network on a part-time basis. You’ll build meaningful relationships with members, help them choose the right products, and support accounts across two local branches in Keighley and Skipton.
With flexible hours, you’ll work 21 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday and Friday or Monday, Thursday and Friday, with no sales targets.

We currently have two part-time positions, both contracted to work 21 hours per week. The first role covers Monday, Tuesday and Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm), while the second covers Monday, Thursday and Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm).
This dual-branch role provides the opportunity to support both our Keighley and Skipton branches, serving two diverse and vibrant communities. Both branches are located within a 5 min walk from both rail and bus links, with surrounding free parking.
