My client is an established and reputable building contractor based in the Wigan area that works nationally. They operate within a group of businesses and currently require a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent basis within the renewable energy division.
The company works with private homeowners across the country, assisting them in the delivery of installation of energy efficiency upgrade works to their homes. Types of work include:
The successful candidate will be based in the Wigan Head Offices and will be responsible for daily interaction with customers either via telephone or email. They will keep customers updated regarding work being completed in their homes and answer any queries they may have.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in customer care, ideally within a construction, renewable energy or similar type of business. Excellent organisational and administrative skills are also required.
The salary is up to £28,000 per year plus benefits.
