A leading service provider in Salisbury is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide first line IT support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will respond to customer requests via multiple channels and log inquiries in the management system. Full training is available, and the role offers 35 hours per week with a competitive hourly wage.
Salary: £12.60 per hour (Living Wage Employer)
Location: Porton Down, Salisbury, SP4 0JQ
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 7pm
