At Okarno (Saint Gobain) we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Advisor, in order to provide support to our customers from our Ruddington Site.

Okarno is a leading distributor of some of the UK’s must have construction brands, offering a diverse choice of over 500 trade and DIY products.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor within the Value Chain Team you will be the first point of contact for customer service queries, delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. You will take and amend orders, address inquiries, provide product information, support account management and the website, manage delivery updates, and ensure order book accuracy to meet dispatch forecasts. You will also liaise with production planners, logistics, and credit control to keep lead times and customer requirements aligned.
