Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Customer Consultant to provide flexible support across our North East branch network, predominantly in Ripon, Richmond, Stockton and Northallerton. Travel between branches is essential and a full UK driving licence is required to fulfil the role.
You will build relationships with members, help them find suitable products and services, and communicate across in-branch, phone and online channels without high sales pressure.
This role provides flexible support across our North East branch network, with no fixed base branch. The successful candidate will predominantly work within our Ripon, Richmond, Stockton and Northallerton branches, while also providing cover and support to other branches across the area as business needs require. Travel between branch locations will therefore be an essential part of the role. As regular travel is required, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
