A leisure and wellness operation in Richborough is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to manage customer queries, bookings, and membership administration. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, has previous customer service experience, and is able to adapt to a flexible shift pattern. The role includes free leisure membership and professional development opportunities.
Salary: Up to £12.38 per hour
Location: Main base: Discovery Park. Weekend shifts: Margate location to avoid lone working
Hours: 24 hours per week (4 days), flexible shift pattern
We’re looking for a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy leisure and wellness operation. This part time role will give you the chance to be part of a supportive team, working with a variety of facilities and supporting members across multiple locations. The role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys building rapport with customers, and is comfortable learning and improving internal systems.
Candidates must be able to drive and travel between sites as required.
Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check and we can only consider applications from candidates who have the right to work in the UK.
