Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency in IT literacy is necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be enthusiastic, flexible, and a team player.

2. Utilising various forms of communication for example in person, phone, or email to best handle the customer.

3. Dealing with customer queries from acceptance to resolution.

4. Exceeding customer expectations by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers.

6. Maximise opportunities for labour and parts sales whilst offering customer good value for money.

7. Promote and upsell vehicle service and maintenance contracts.

Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience.
