Customer Service Advisor

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering first-class customer service? Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Care Advisor to join their dynamic team based in Theale, near Reading.

About the Role

In this fast-paced and customer-centric position, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery across a portfolio of client contracts. Acting as a key liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams, you'll help maintain outstanding operational standards and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily workflows to support timely and efficient service delivery
  • Handle inbound calls and emails professionally, resolving issues at first point of contact
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), escalating risks when needed
  • Produce accurate estimates and quotations for client services
  • Manage purchase orders and maintain data in internal systems (CMMS)
  • Foster strong relationships with both clients and external suppliers
  • Support continuous improvement and best practice across the team
