A well-established motor business is seeking a Service Advisor in Radcliffe on Trent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for service customers, handling everything from bookings to vehicle handovers. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, especially in the motor trade, and exceptional communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to £38k DOE plus bonus.

A well-established business in the motor industry is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join a friendly and fast-paced aftersales team at a busy service reception.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for service customers, managing everything from bookings to vehicle handovers, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every step.
