Customer Service Advisor Portsmouth

Radiators 4u are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our fast growing friendly team in Portsmouth.

We pride ourselves on our continued success and looking for a confident person with excellent communication skills, passionate about helping customers and have the motivation to efficiently handle multiple tasks Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Inbound / outbound customer service calls
• Handling general enquiries, returns and complaints
• Corresponding with Customers over the phone and emails
• Identify a customer's needs and deal with them in a timely manner in accordance with our Service level agreement
• Dealing with after sale queries and issues
• Managing all admin from beginning to end relating to the customer communication

Data entry into our SAP (in-house) system.
