This Role: Customer Service Advisor known internally as a "Senior Property Services Advisor"
Permanent Positions based on a 37.5hr week
Salary Range: £28,044 - £29,519 - Dependent upon experience
Location: Beeston, NG9 1LA - Free parking * subject to availability* The office location is a 10 min walk from Beeston Train Station

Are you looking for an exciting new role where you thrive on offering an outstanding service to customers? We are searching for passionate, driven individuals to join our Customer Contact team.
In this role, you'll support customers with property repair queries across various channels, resolving issues efficiently with professionalism and technical expertise. The work is varied and fast-paced, making adaptability essential in the property repairs and maintenance environment.
Coverage across core business hours is essential for this role and you’ll need to be available to work between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis based within the main office in Beeston. Once you're fully trained, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely when based on a 10am–6pm shift.
