We are hiring for our client, a well-respected insurance provider, seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their Personal Lines & Motor team in Armagh. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to new and existing clients across Personal Lines and Motor Insurance products. You will:

  • Provide expert advice and assistance on Personal Lines and Motor Insurance policies.

  • Manage customer queries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments in a professional and timely manner.

  • Achieve monthly targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

  • Work with a team of professionals, learning internal processes and developing the skills to progress into Commercial Insurance.

The Person

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in customer service (banking, retail, or insurance experience is desirable).

  • Is proactive and eager to learn.

  • Has a passion for providing excellent customer service and can work within a target-driven environment.

  • Is motivated to pursue a career in insurance and is keen to progress through internal training processes.
