A leading accident repair group in York is seeking a Customer Journey Specialist to manage site administration and ensure efficient vehicle collection and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a full UK driving license and demonstrate strong organizational skills, providing exceptional customer service. This role includes a salary of £30,000 per annum with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Salary: £30,000 per annum with an increase on completion of 6‑month probation. Bonus: up to £4,200 per annum. Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs. Start date: 05/12/2026. Location: York, UK.

We are looking for a Customer Journey Specialist to join our brand new Accident Repair Centre in York. This will be our 37th site and a high‑profile position within the business. Your general job functions include controlling all elements of the site’s administration and ensuring all customer vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently, timely and professionally, while providing an exceptional standard of customer service.
