Customer Journey Specialist

Salary: £30,000 per annum with an increase on completion of 6‑month probation. Bonus: up to £4,200 per annum. Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs. Start date: 05/12/2026. Location: York, UK.

We are looking for a Customer Journey Specialist to join our brand new Accident Repair Centre in York. This will be our 37th site and a high‑profile position within the business. Your general job functions include controlling all elements of the site’s administration and ensuring all customer vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently, timely and professionally, while providing an exceptional standard of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicles and assess damage; take clear photos throughout.
  • Handle administration duties, including liaising with customers.
  • Plan logistics and transport.
  • Maintain a clear, methodical and clean working area at all times.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and report any issues urgently.
  • Liaise with workshop staff to streamline vehicle flow through the workshop.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as allocated by the Bodyshop Manager.
  • Approach your work positively and enthusiastically at all times.
  • Collect and deliver vehicles while observing highway laws and speed restrictions.
Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Cooperative team player, keen to support others.
  • Handles all jobs with due care and attention.
  • Completes work from start to finish within the given timeframe to a high standard.
