You will receive warm inbound and outbound calls, with no cold calling or use of outbound dialers. The successful candidate will handle fact‑finding, transferring customers to third‑party lenders, and assisting clients through the application process.

Working Hours

You will work on a rotating shift pattern:

  • Early Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Mid Shift: Mon – Wed, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm; Thurs, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Fri, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Late Shift: Mon – Wed, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm; Thurs, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Fri, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary: £24,000 per year
  • Performance Bonus: On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £30,000 annual
