  • Answer calls regarding breakdowns and service issues courteously.

  • Ensure all breakdown calls are attended to within 24hrs.
  • Handle minor complaints and escalate as necessary.

Customer Service Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our expanding General Enquiries Team based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week

Salary

£12.40 P/H (+ up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
  • Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, Liaise with the planning team via a ticket system
  • Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
  • Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
Skills and Experience
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills
  • Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
