Salary: £25, - £26, per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their professional and friendly team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great work-life balance, a warm team environment, and the opportunity to make a real difference in client experience.

The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, personable, well-organised, and passionate about providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries by phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule appointments and bookings accurately and efficiently
  • Make customer care calls and arrange appropriate follow-up support
  • Greet clients on arrival and help them feel welcome and at ease
  • Prepare seminar rooms for training events
  • Maintain simple spreadsheets with accuracy (full training provided)
  • Use initiative to support business operations and enhance customer experience
