Overview

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join Lincolnshire County Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract as part of their Wellbeing Hub. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, delivering a professional and empathetic service.
  • Provide advice and guidance to individuals seeking support from Adult Care, the Carer Service, or the Wellbeing Service.
  • Record and process information accurately, using IT systems while managing live calls.
  • Handle complex, sensitive, or emotive contacts with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Apply a strengths-based approach to promote positive outcomes for residents.
