A successful manufacturing business in England is seeking a Customer Service professional to join their internal sales team. The role involves processing customer orders and enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and resolving complaints effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Salary: Circa £25,000 depending on experience
Location: Westerham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (4pm finish on a Friday)
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional – you will be part of a dedicated internal sales team, where your main responsibilities will include:
You will need strong communication skills and the ability to build long lasting business relationships to succeed in this role. High attention to detail and a methodical manner to ensure that orders are processed accurately.
You must be able to work in a small but extremely busy team environment; speaking to new and existing clients, to ensure an excellent level of customer service to ensure long lasting relationships are built and repeat business is gained.
