Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls through a dialler
  • Deliver a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported
  • Adhere to Data Protection Laws
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers
  • Provide a judgement‑free service to customers from all walks of life
  • Collect payments & arrange payment plans
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Work in a confidential manner with highly sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned
