A leading insurance firm in Ipswich is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and assist with insurance claims. Overview

Are you motivated by helping people and delivering excellent customer service?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and handling their insurance claims inquiries.

Our working hours are 9am‑5:30pm, Monday to Friday in our Ipswich office.

To support your career progression, we’ll also contribute financially for you to gain your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII)!

How You’ll Make An Impact

It will be your job to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may have.

  • Regularly monitor emails for claim form requests and handle them efficiently
  • Update external databases with claims information
  • Assist prospective clients by answering their calls and explaining the claims process in relation to their insurance policy
  • Support our claims department with various tasks, including claims handling and payment processing
