A leading insurance firm in Ipswich is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and assist with insurance claims. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and handling their insurance claims inquiries.
Our working hours are 9am‑5:30pm, Monday to Friday in our Ipswich office.

It will be your job to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may have.
