Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be at the forefront of the business handling calls from clients in relation to their remortgage transaction. You will be supporting with a range of queries mainly over the telephone providing excellent support and guidance and ensuring all clients have an excellent experience. The role will be working closely with banks and other third parties alongside working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless remortgage transaction.
