Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an Office-Based Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and professional team based in Canary Wharf. This is an ongoing temporary role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: Shifts falling between 08:00am - 20:00pm

  • Weekends: Shifts falling between 10:00am - 17:00pm

  • Flexibility across these hours is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and/or online systems

  • Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently

  • Updating customer records and internal systems accurately

  • Escalating issues where necessary in line with procedures

  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

Key Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office

  • Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused approach

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
