We are currently recruiting for an Office-Based Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and professional team based in Canary Wharf. This is an ongoing temporary role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Monday to Friday: Shifts falling between 08:00am - 20:00pm
Weekends: Shifts falling between 10:00am - 17:00pm
Flexibility across these hours is required.
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and/or online systems
Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
Updating customer records and internal systems accurately
Escalating issues where necessary in line with procedures
Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
Previous customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused approach
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 per hour
Ongoing temporary assignment with full‑time hours
Valuable experience within a professional customer service setting
