A leading automotive group in Glasgow is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling non-finance-related complaints and inquiries, ensuring customers receive swift resolutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and possess strong communication skills. Full-time hours include occasional Saturday shifts, and comprehensive training will be provided. Join a company committed to diversity and excellence in service delivery.
Full time: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday with one late night per week (11:30am – 8pm)
The position also requires work on approximately one out of four Saturdays (9am – 2pm)
If you work on a Saturday, you will be given a day off during the week.
This role involves dealing with complaints and enquiries from customers and third parties and liaising with branches to ensure swift resolution to complaints.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused person with attention to detail on non-finance-related complaints and who can ensure the correct outcomes are achieved.
The right candidate will have worked in customer services and excel in delivering excellent customer service.
Full training on all aspects of the job will be given.
