Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a privately owned company who are looking to recruit into their customer service department. Our client specialises within the manufacturing of Polythene Packaging and currently stands as the fastest growing business within the industry.

Our client is currently looking for an experienced multi-tasker who is excited by the opportunity of working within a varied position. This is a position that will involve varied responsibilities, from customer services, administration, order processing and assisting the Directors in the day to day running of the business.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible for this position.

Roles / Responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders
  • Managing customer’s expectations
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Ensuring up to date records are maintained
  • Managing customer stocks
  • Provide cover during annual leave / illness across other departments
Traits / Skills
  • An ability to pick things up quickly and adapt to different situations
  • Strong IT capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
