What you will do

As part of the Kewdale Customer Service Team you will be ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience, from the first customer enquiry, through administration, invoicing, and follow up. You will be responsible for;

  • Working closely with the Service Team & Workshop Controller to ensure effective delivery of work orders
  • Delivering exceptional customer communication – external and internal
  • Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
  • Creating and invoicing work orders, job lines and allocating work to the workshop for planning of activity

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes along with the following:
