Job summary

A dynamic recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, offering a permanent role with a salary of £25,400 per annum. In this position, you will support customers by processing orders and handling queries to create a seamless experience. Are you passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a friendly and dedicated team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of supporting customers—processing orders, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. It\'s a varied position where no two days are the same, and you\'ll have the chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional response.
  • Accurately process orders using Salesforce and Sage.
  • Handle queries on pricing, stock availability, deliveries, and returns.
  • Proactively resolve issues to maintain a consistent, high-quality service.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support team and business objectives.
Qualifications

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Onsite
