A logistics and supply chain company in the East Midlands is seeking a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will manage daily customer service requests, maintain communication across departments, and produce customer reports. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and previous customer service experience, thriving in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating attention to detail.
