A leading recruitment agency in East Leake is seeking Inbound Sales Advisors to handle customer calls and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will manage sales inquiries, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and build lasting relationships. You will enjoy a flexible working environment with weekends included as part of your schedule. This role comes with an uncapped commission structure. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough, taking calls from customers that have been on the website and looking to purchase some amazing tech!
As an advisor you can expect to take between 40-50 calls on average per day and will be tasked with understanding the customers needs, closing the sale, building the customers basket (including services) and walking them through the full sales journey.
The calls will come from customers already reviewing products on the companies Website and providing them with the best customer service journey.
There will be 2 weeks training - 09:00 - 17:30
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday (Between 08:00-20:00 Shift Range - 8hr Shift)
1 in every 2 weekends – Saturday + Sunday 09:00-17:30
