Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client based in Earls Colne, on a temp-to-perm basis.

The successful candidate will be confident using computers, communicating professionally online, and supporting customers through written channels. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Answering customer enquiries via email and online messaging systems.
  • Carrying out data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting customers with general queries — no inbound or outbound phone calls required.
  • Completing general administrative duties as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
Experience, Education & Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience desired but not essential.
  • Basic IT skills required, including use of email and data entry systems.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional, reliable and organised.

Salary: Dependant on experience

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
