A leading holiday home agency in the UK is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support guests and property owners. In this role, you'll communicate clearly, help plan stays, and provide solutions in a friendly manner. Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bideford (office based)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Work pattern: 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday
Shifts: 7.5 hours between 8am and 10pm

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone and the reassuring message in someone's inbox. You will support our guests and property owners across the UK, answering booking queries, sharing stay information, offering guidance and resolving any issues quickly and kindly. Your focus will be to create a smooth and positive experience for every customer.
