Tagged Resources is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team based in Stoke. This is an active role and an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career, with a quality-focused company in a key position within the business.

The Role :

• Provide outstanding support to customers via phone and email.
• Understanding the customer’s needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible.
• Providing a courteous, efficient and reliable service to all customers, both via messaging channels and phone.
• Handling preand post-sales customer queries.
• Liaising with courier companies.
• Effectively manage complaints and escalations from start to finish.
• Processing orders via Sage.
• Processing returns / credits via Sage.
• Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied.

Requirements :

• Experience working within a fast-paced working environment, and keen to be part of and assist the team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Friendly and dynamic individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to problem solve and follow processes accurately.
