Pertemps are currently working with our public sector client to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis in the Captains Road area of Edinburgh.

Location - Captains Road area of Edinburgh

Duration - Temporary, ongoing

Hours - Monday - Thursday 0830 - 1615 and Friday 0830 - 1600

Pay rate - £13.48 per hour

Immediate start

The Successful Candidates Will Be

  • Meeting customers upon their arrival at the centre
  • Answering queries from customers
  • Guiding customers to the relevant area of the building
  • Checking customers documentation
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing
  • Taking payments
  • Any other duties as required

You should have a proven track record in customer service in a face to face environment and be enthusiastic in your approach.
