Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload of motor claims
  • Manage referrer and customer expectations
  • Ensuring a high quality of information is gathered and documented
  • Booking in dates for repairs and ensuring engineer reports are returned on time
  • Keeping accurate records and keeping all parties up to date on vehicle repairs and charges
  • Speaking to third parties, such as garages, and dealing with liability disputes
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service/administrative role
  • Ideally experience as a Claims Handler or within motor claims is desirable
  • Great communication skills and able to explain complex information simply
  • Organised with the ability to plan and monitor work tasks
  • Personable, positive, empathetic and compassionate personality
  • Reliable, dependable and punctual member of a team

In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000.
