A leading customer service provider in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves providing telephone and email support, coordinating engineer visits, and maintaining customer records. Our client on the outskirts of Cardiff are looking for a permanent member of their Customer Service team to answer first line phone calls from customers looking for technical support.

Due to location, candidate will ideally have access to their own transport.
Salary: £23,810 plus excellent benefits & career progression path.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Shifts: Shifts will fall between 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday. There will also be 1 in 3 weekend shifts (8am - 6:30pm) too in which you will get a day(s) off in lieu.
