A leading automotive service provider is seeking a Service Advisor in Bradford. In this role, you will manage service appointments and repairs, advise customers on maintenance, and coordinate with workshop technicians for a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with relevant experience in the automotive industry or customer service. At JCT600, our Service Advisors are essential to delivering an efficient and professional aftersales experience. You'll be the trusted point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination between customers and the workshop team. Your day-to‑day will include:
Covering Bournemouth and Poole – you must be able to travel within these areas.
£25,500 per annum. Permanent role, 36 hours per week to support branch operating hours.
