Overview

At JCT600, our Service Advisors are essential to delivering an efficient and professional aftersales experience. You'll be the trusted point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination between customers and the workshop team. Your day-to‑day will include:

  • Ensuring all service documentation and systems are up to date and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.
Location

Covering Bournemouth and Poole – you must be able to travel within these areas.

Salary & Hours

£25,500 per annum. Permanent role, 36 hours per week to support branch operating hours.
