Our client's ongoing success and expanding project pipeline has created an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their tight-knit team. Their customers are at the heart of what they do; therefore this is a pivotal role where you will be the voice of business, managing relationships with B2B clients and ensuring the smooth running of their orders and projects.

This is a fully office-based role in their factory in Kirklees, perfect for someone who thrives on personal interaction and being part of a collaborative team. You will play a key part in maintaining their strong reputation for excellence, requiring a keen eye for detail and a passion for their beautiful products.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serving as the first point of contact for B2B clientele, handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and care.
  • Managing customer orders from enquiry through to completion, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
  • Producing detailed quotes and managing client amendments.
  • Developing a deep understanding of their bespoke offerings (huge catalogue!).
  • Liaising with internal teams to provide seamless service and support for larger projects.
  • Maintaining impeccable records and using their internal systems to track order progress.

  • Proven experience in a customer service and administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and calm telephone manner.
  • Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Competent IT user, confident with standard office software and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, positive mindset, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
