A leading construction and services company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Basingstoke. The role involves supporting service coordination, managing work orders, and ensuring effective communication with customers. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the PFI Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination and administration. Your day to day will include:
