Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking Customer Service Advisors in Barnsley to provide outstanding support in a fast-paced environment. You'll respond to customer enquiries via multiple channels and resolve issues while ensuring satisfaction. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This is a flexible full-time office-based position at a pay rate of £12.97 per hour for approximately 12 weeks.

Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Updating customer records accurately using our internal systems
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to solve problems and improve the customer experience
  • Providing product and service information to help customers make informed decisions
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management systems
Working Hours, Pay Rate & Other Info
  • 5 hours 6 out of 7 days, with 1 rota’d day off in the week. Must be fully flexible to work ALL days
  • £12.97 per hour
  • The duration of the assignment will be roughly 12 weeks from the intake date
  • You will be based in the office full‑time
  • We’re offering multiple intakes – 6th October, 13th October, 20th October and 3rd November
