This is a full‑time, on‑site position as a Customer Service Advisor based in Bangor. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to students by addressing inquiries, assisting with check‑ins and check‑outs, resolving issues, and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations. The Customer Service Advisor will also support residents by creating a welcoming environment, fostering a community feel, and ensuring that safety, comfort, and cleanliness standards are met.
