Job description

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Service Adviser for our clients based in Stafford. For this position you must be flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. This role is based in the office with NO HYBRID working.

Customer Service Adviser responsibilities

• Answering calls from customers and drivers with queries about their deliveries.
• Answering calls from their own drivers about road closures or missing items or disputes.
• Speaking to customers and drivers regarding failed deliveries.
• Updating addresses where needed.

• Pay: £12.21 PH
• Schedule: Working 5 out of 7 days
• Weekday Schedule: 06:00am - 21:00pm
• Weekend Schedule: 06:00am - 18:00pm
