  • Listening carefully to customers' needs and recommending suitable insurance options
  • Managing policy enquiries, renewals, and adjustments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Building lasting relationships that encourage customer loyalty and trust
  • Spotting opportunities for cross-sales and renewals - always in a helpful, consultative way
  • Working collaboratively with your team to meet shared service and performance goals
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within insurance or financial services
