A local government authority in England is seeking a Customer Service Adviser for a permanent position. You will be part of a friendly team addressing diverse enquiries across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, remain calm under pressure, and work well within a team. Permanent Contract, 29.6 hours per week over four days
£21,459.20 to £22,878.40 per annum
Our Customer Service team is a small, friendly team dealing with a variety of enquiries at our Contact Centres in Pershore, Droitwich and Evesham. No two days are the same as we switch between topics and departments. Some days we are subject matter experts and some days we are creative puzzle solvers.
