A prominent service provider in social housing is looking for a Customer Service Administrator in Crawley. This role involves providing high-quality service to tenants and stakeholders, responding to queries, and maintaining records. The role involves responding to queries, processing service requests, handling complaints, maintaining accurate records and supporting the delivery of effective housing services.
