A leading maintenance services provider in Crawley is looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves providing high-quality front-line customer service to tenants and stakeholders in a social housing environment. Key responsibilities include responding to queries, processing service requests, and maintaining accurate records. Please note this is a 12 month FTC, covering maternity leave.
To provide a high-quality, front-line customer service to tenants, residents, and other stakeholders within a social housing environment. The role involves responding to queries, processing service requests, handling complaints, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of effective housing services.
