Job Title : Customer Service Administrator (Technical with Plumbing Knowledge)

Location : Birmingham

Pay Rates : £28,000 £30,000

Working hours : Monday - Friday 13:00 - 21:00

We're looking for someone with a practical understanding of plumbing, bathrooms, fittings or installation - whether you started a plumbing course, worked as a plumber, or gained technical know-how through related work.

If you can talk through how something fits together, and troubleshoot problems through a video call, you'll be great here.

You’ll be supporting customers across the USA market for a premium brand. Helping with technical queries, replacements, troubleshooting and general product support.

Your main duties will include:

• Answering customer queries via phone, email and video call
• Guiding customers through technical problem-solving
• Arranging spares and replacements
• Managing orders and documentation
• Handling return shipping and export paperwork
• Working closely with Account Managers and the UK Technical Coordinator
